Car Travel

Road trip is a trip or journey by car or also called a car travel. The goal of a road trip can be both a holiday destination and an everyday destination such as: the home, the supermarket or the airport.

Car trips can be made with your own vehicle as well as with a rental car.

Advantages of a Road Trip:

• Flexibility: You can drive off when you want and you are not bound to a timetable. Also at the destination you are more flexible, because you do not have to get from a stop to the final target, but can usually park right outside the front door.
• Luggage: this can be easily packed in the trunk and avoids tedious carrying over e.g. platforms.

Disadvantages of a Road Trip:

• Traffic: as soon as you get stuck in a traffic jam, you lose valuable time.
• Activity while driving: the time behind the wheel can usually not be used very meaningfully. At e.g. in contrast, during a train journey you can spent time with reading or working.
• Environment: The aspect of CO2 emissions must not be neglected either.
